DELIVERY
Available UK delivery options, estimated times and current charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times begin once an order is ready for dispatch.

RETURNS
If an item is unsuitable, please contact us before returning it. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original labels and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been checked.

PERSONALISED ITEMS
Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. Your statutory rights are not affected.
